At Chingona, we strive for transparency in our review process, so we have decided to publish what you can expect once you submit your business.

We look at every submission and had a great amount of inbound recently so will prioritize those in our sweet spot:

• Focus industries: financial technology, food technology, future of work, future of learning, health/wellness

• Areas not interested in: gaming, marketplaces, consumer goods

• Focus stage: rounds between $1.5MM-$3MM preferably (pre-seed)

• Valuation under $10MM

• Check size: $250k-$1MM

• Can lead, co-lead or participate

• U.S. only

• Need about two weeks of diligence to get to a yes, longer if we lead
